An orthopedic, neurological, chiropractic and osteopathic exam will be completed over the course of forty minutes. We will also have plenty of time for you to elaborate on the history and ask more detailed questions.

Included is a second visit! For 20 minutes Dr. Debra will explain what's going on in your nervous system, your muscular system and your organ system. A gameplan to invest in your body (including shockwave) and next steps will be given. An adjustment may be added for an additional cost.

1 credit = 20 min adjustment
2 credits = 40 min adjustment
For example, on the Deep Dive package there are two options. Visit 4x a month for 20 mins. Visit 2x a month for 40 mins.
After 90 days the package expires and a re-exam is completed.
Based on your results and evidence based research, wellness care may be recommended. Purchase by email or texting the office.
Discounts increase with larger packages.

Shockwave is administered at the first visit.
If you wish to add on chiropractic, another exam at a discounted cost can easily be scheduled.

Are twelve or six visits best for me?
This will be determined at the second visit. It's based on findings in the exam and your symptomatic shifts after the first visit.
What is a region?
Shockwave is best kept at 1-2 areas of the body per package. If in your exam it would be best to do both shoulders, that would be two regions. Or the jaw and the upper back would be two regions. Or the right knee and the left ankle.
How frequently should I come in?
Once or twice a week. This will be based on your goals as well as your body's response time to the treatment.
Can I add craniosacral chiropractic care?
Absolutely! It's starts with a mini-exam for a full body assessment and then recommendations for a combination package.

A neurotransmitter survey, a metabolic assessment, a food diary and a tailored history intake are possible forms that will be sent virtually. Fill out two or three days before meeting with the doctor. If unable to, we'll reschedule the initial appointment.
Care Plan
Virtually or in person, learn what is at the root cause of your brain fog, hormone imbalance or gut woes. A care plan based on nutrition will be tailored to your needs. Supplements & lab work are not included in the cost.
Check in
One 20 minute check in is included in the cost of this initial health plan. All of this can be done virtually or in person.
If lab work (blood, urine, stool, etc) is ordered, an additional $75 fee will be added for analysis.
